Advice would you give with regards to replacing a roof with concrete tiles?

A

Part L of the building regulations would be required to improve thermal improvements, building control application is likely to be required and additional support may be necessary

How do you assess electrical installations?

A

By considering the age of the equipment and asking the seller for any recent inspection records stop a visual inspection of any damage to wiring or fittings and operation of light switches et cetera. I also use a socket tester.

A
