I’d say “We operate on a walk- in seating system and that we require at least 1 person in the party to be present to set a table/ add them to the waitlist. We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early for parties larger than 4.

Put your thumb over the speaking hole while they are talking allowing you to hear better (remember to remove your finger when you respond)
