How do you feed a baby with cleft palate?
Can swallow, can't suck.
Pour it in with spoon
When do you fix cleft palate?
6-12 months so mouth is bigger and before they really start to talk

Virchow's node is what and where?
Sentinel node at end of thoracic duct
Almost always malignant
Virchow's node in adult DDx?
Bowel, pancreas, stomach
