(Hajimemashite) – Nice to meet you (first meeting only):

This is a simple and direct way to introduce yourself. “[Your Name]” is replaced with your actual name. “Desu” is a polite copula, similar to “is” or “am.”

This is a slightly more polite way to introduce yourself compared to “[Your Name] desu.” “To iimasu” translates to “is called.”

This is a very common and versatile phrase used at the end of introductions. It expresses a desire for a good relationship and cooperation. It’s difficult to translate perfectly, but it conveys a sense of “please treat me well” or “I look forward to our future interactions.” It is also used in many other situations, when asking for a favor, or when you are starting a new relationship with a company or person.
“Yoroshiku onegaishimasu” is a very important phrase that shows politeness and a desire for a good relationship.
