People are the central resource in any organization and they should be developed towards higher levels of competency,creativity and fulfilment.

Supportive Approach
Why is human resource approach also called supportive approach?
The manager’s role changes from control of employee to active support of their growth and performance.
Describe the Contingency Approach
Results differ due to different situations. You can’t use the same solution for different situations.
Gives importance of analysis of each situation before taking an action.
It is the most disciplined, systematic and research oriented because you always have to be cautious when dealing with a situation.
Describe the Systems Approach.
It is all about unity.
Considers the organization as a united and interrelated system.
Managers treat the organisation as one group.
