hands on and touch - direct experience by exploration of enviroment - physical activities
Evaluation?
strength: thraditional teaching - verbal methods alone - best learning stragety is a mixed approach - aims of learning styles is too draw attention to how people learn - encourage learners and teachers for more varied approach - beneficial
weakness: sheer number of different learning styles - impossible to put to practice - Frank coffield - 71 different learning styles - vast number - unworkable concept - difficult to find which styles suit us best - cannot improve performance than it is a pointless task trying to identify them - not useful concept
