What happens during an direct Hernia?
Hernias push the conjoint tendon directly through the superfical inguinal ring

T1-L2 supply the abdominal wall and the intercostal nerves supply the cutaneous branches of the skin
What is the innervation to the digestive tract?
Sympathetic: Thoracic splanchnic nerves
