Renal Pelvis and Ureter

A

Urine flows from renal calyces to renal pelvis at top of ureter.

Peristalsis, urine flows down ureter into bladder.

Kidney stones are blockages in ureter which arent soluble and can be painful

- urothelium
- Lamina propria
- detrusor smooth muscle
- serosa
