  • itchy, papular rash
  • palms, soles, genitalia and flexor surfaces of arms
  • polygonal with ‘white-lines’ (Wickham’s striae)
    -white-lace pattern on the buccal mucosa
  • thinning of nail plate, longitudinal ridging
  • may exhibit Koebner phenomenon (lesions appear at site of trauma)
