Negatives of poor diet
Anorexia - ED keeping weight as low as possible - impacts. Person ability to achieve sustained involvement in physical activity. We have low energy and become too tired a week to take part of fitness and performance levels will deteriorate.
Obesity - impacts ability to move due to excess weight - can lead joint and heart issues
Disease - rickets lack of vitamin D - weak bones
Scurvy - Lack of vit C - tiredness
Negative of lack of sleep
High blood pressure
Increased risk of heart disease
Increased risk of stroke and diabetes
Lack of concentration

Contains ethanol - acts in brain slows reaction and affects judgment.
Balance coordination and reactions are effected
Diuretic - alcohol can increase water levels in urine and cause dehydration

When an individual weighs more then the expected weight for there height and sex linked to BMI

An individual who has more body fat then u should have. If it’s excessive this can lead to health issues like - high BP and high CL
Obese
Term used to describe people who r very over fat. This is where the body has increased to a level that is seriously unhealthy. This can lead to - mobility issues, additional stress on bones and joints heart disease, type 2 diabetic, depression
Diet recommendation
2500 cal for men and 2000 cal for women
From 5 to 18 years old one hour of exercise every day, four days cardiovascular and three on improving muscle and bone strength
Teenagers should have 8 to 10 hours of sleep each night
