Optimum weight
The ideal weight someone should be it will vary, depending on their bone structure, height, sex, and muscle girth
Height
How tall you are with affect your weight. The taller, the more you may weigh. Height can be an advantage when you need to outreach your opponent or for using longer levers
Bone structure
Some people have longer or wider bones, and others will also have greater bone density. Someone with larger bone structure will weigh more than someone of the same height with a smaller bone structure
Sex
Males tend to have more muscle mass and way more providing men with an advantage and activities requiring strength or power
Muscle girth
This is the size of the muscles its circumference. People with bigger muscles will weigh more bigger. Muscles are generally an advantage in activities requiring speed, power, and strength.
Overweight
Many elite performers might be considered overweight because they are heavy due to their muscle mass however, they are an optimum weight for their sport
