Tell us about a time when you had a good healthcare experience and tell us why
A
It was about maybe a year and a half ago where I had got an infection on my hand.
When I went to see the doctor she was very reassuring that she knew what the condition was and how we were going to address the situation. She prescribed me an anti-bacterial cream and explained how long the course of the treatment would last.
She also acknowledged that I wouldn’t be able to perform my job as I handle clinical samples. She also got my second opinion of the length of sick leave.
Overall she was very accomodating and I had the trust and belief in her to resolve the issue.
