When using a verb phrase that has an infinitive or a present participle (-ando, -iendo), the pronoun can be placed in front of the conjugated verb or it can be attached to the infinitve or the present participle.
la voy a invitar. / Voy a invitarla. I am going to invite her. lo quieres comer? / Quieres comerlo? Do you want to eat it? El lo esta sirviendo. / El esta sirviendolo (e). (you have to aqccent the e in this second case when you add it to the end of a present participle) He is serving it.
