How would you know if there was a lateral lumbar flexion?
A
It shows the pelvic alae without superoinfero alignment and a closed L5-S1 disc space.

How do you correct a vertebral sag causing the interilliac line?
A
Sponge superior to the illiac crest and angle CR caudally until it parallels the interilliac line. Only exception is the scoliotic patient.
