Declaration of Helsinki
One of the earliest ethics code that provided a standard against the behaviour of men on trial. It was particularly clear about the importance of carefully weighing risks against benefits and the need for informed consent.

This was first published in 1953 which includes 150 specific ethical standards that psychologists and their students are expected to follow.
