What is the function of the MRS (male reproductive system) ?
The function of the male reproductive system is to produce sperm cells - male gametes - and release them inside a female.
What is the role of the testes?
They produce millions of sperm and make male sex hormones (eg. testosterone) , which affect the way bodies develop.
What is the role of the scrotum?
It holds and protects the testes.
What is the role of the sperm duct?
It is the tube that the sperm flow from the testes to the glands.
What is the role of the glands?
They produce semenal fluid which the sperm is mixed with.
What is the role of the penis?
It is where the semenal fluid exits and it is also used for urination.
What is the foreskin?
It is a thin layer of skin at the end of the penis.
