1. Crew Oxygen Masks - Don. Select 100% Oxygen
2. Smoke Goggles - Don.
3. EMER DEPRESS switch - Lift guard, ON

5. Pilots INPH selector switches - INPH

Loss of Both Generators and Both Main Batteries

1. L/R BATT Switches - On, one at a time
2. L/R GEN CB - Set
3. Engine N2 - 80% or above
4. L/R GEN switch - One at a time, depress for approx. 1 sec

Emergency Descent

1. Crew Oxygen Masks - Don. Select 100% oxygen
2. Thrust levers - IDLE
3. Autopilot - Disengage
4. Spoilers - Extend
5. Descend at Mmo/Vmo, but not below min safe alt.
6. PAX OXYGEN - Lift guard, ON
7. Pilots MIC/MASK - MASK
8. Pilots INPH - INPH

Emergency Evacuation

1. Emergency/Parking Brake - SET
2. Thrust Levers - CUTOFF
3. EMER Lights switch - ON
4. EMER BATT, L/R BATT Switches - OFF

Engine Fire
(4)

1. Thrust Levers - IDLE, unless a critical thrust situation exists.
*If fire continues more than 15 seconds or there are other indications of fire
2. Thrust Levers - CUTOFF
3. Applicable Fire Switch - Lift guard, FIRE PUSH
4. Extinguisher #1 Switch - Lift guard, ARMED push

Engine Failure Below V1

1. Brakes - Apply
2. Thrust levers - IDLE

Engine Failure Above V1
(3)

1. Rotate at Vr to target t/o pitch attitude, climb at V2
2. Gear - UP, when positive rate of climb is established
3. Climb to 1,500 ft. AGL or obstacle clearance altitude, Accelerate to V2 + 25, retract flaps, then accelerate to 200 KIAS en route climb speed

Engine Failure during Approach

1. Control Wheel Master Switch (MSW) - Depress and release
2. Thrust Lever (Operative Engine) - Increase as req.
3. Flaps - 20°
4. Airspeed - Vref + 5

Engine Airstart
(2)

1. Thrust Lever - IDLE
2. STBY switch (fuel) - ON

Aileron Control Jam
(5)

1. Attitude Control - As req. use rudder and thrust as necessary
2. ROLL DISC Lever - Pull
3. Pilot - Control aircraft with the spoilerons
4. Do not use the copilot control
5. Do not use Aileron TRIM

Elevator Control Jam

1. Attitude Control - As req. use pitch trim and thrust as necessary
2. ELEV DISC Handle - Pull and Rotate
3. Determine elevator without the jam and transition flight control to that pilot
4. Do not apply additional control force to the jammed control
5. Do not use PIT TRIM BIAS

Pitch Axis Uncommanded Motion

1. Control Wheel Master Switch (MSW) - Depress and hold
2. Attitude Control - As required.
3. Thrust Levers - As required
*Airspeed reduce to Mach Trim off MMO or below

Recovery from Inadvertent Overspeed

1. Thrust Levers - IDLE
2. Autopilot - Disengage
3. Spoiler Lever - Extend
4. Identify aircraft pitch and roll attitude
5. Level Wings
6. Elevator and pitch trim - As required to raise the noise

Roll or Yaw Axis Uncommanded Motion

1. Control Wheel Master Switch - Depress and hold
2. Attitude Control - As required
*Airspeed reduce to Mach trim off MMO or below

Rudder Control Jam
(1)

1. Attitude Control - As required. Use roll control and thrust as necessary

1. Autopilot - Disengage
2. Thrust Levers - Select T/O or APR, as required
3. Increase pitch attitude and climb as required to avoid terrain
4. Spoiler - Retard
5. Flaps - Retract 8° or UP, as required
6. Gear - UP
7. Flaps - UP

1. Emergency/Parking Brake - Pull Smoothly

Nose Wheel Steering Malfunction
(2)

1. Control Wheel Master (MSW) - Depress and Release
2. Thrust Levers - IDLE

STALL

1. Lower the pitch attitude to reduce AOA
2. Thrust Levers - T/O or Manual APR
3. Level the wings
4. Accelerate out of the stall condition

Reverser unsafe during takeoff below V1

1. Brakes - Apply
2. Thrust Levers - IDLE

Reverser unsafe during takeoff above V1

1. Rotate at Vr to T/O pitch attitude, Climb at V2
2. Gear - UP
3. Climb to 1,500 ft. AGL or Obstacle Clearance Altitude,
