Q

What is the SIPOC Tableau Implementation Sequence?

A

A maximum of 20 main process categories are defined which then will be described by several processes (1 line = 1 process)

For each process, output, customer, supplier and input are documented, including 3 quality ratings (= Sequence: P-O-C-S-I)

For all quality rating ≥ 4, the weakness has to be described

For all processes, the FTE has to be documented (maybe via day per year calculation of singe persons or teams – see orange columns)

Single SIPOCs may be compiled into a “bigger SIPOC”
