Halo 1:

Halo 2:

Halo 3:
v2: social engagement, how people interact with the brand, brand identity (persona) and community

Halo 1:

  • vision, purpose, value, commitment, transparency
  • what do you stand for, what’s the purpose using social med and what value does it offer, be transparent

Halo 2:

  • HR, Communications, Marketing, sales
  • each dept of business works together to achieve brand mission and vision

Halo 3:

  • listening > learning > adapting
  • observe how people use social, learn how people interact, adjust strategy based on how people engage

Governments focused on the first prism, NJ is more persona based, but other agencies are more technical and less personable.

this prism is good for healthcare and certain industries

  • taking our engagement to the next level, not fully implemented yet and data driven than 2.0, semantics web
  • removing cookies and moving towards contextual marketing, they have awhole view of you rather than a data point
