A
- level of fit constantly impacts factors, including:
- job satisfaction
- organizational commitment & goal meeting

- actual and intended turnover

A
- compliance means following certain safety policies, rules and expectations, but will not go beyond that
- high-levels of fit = comply with safety
- low-needs supply fit means they may be less safe in behaviour if they are not experiencing job satisfaction and when there expectations of roes don’t fit with the actual role
