MORAL ISSUE OF EQUALITY
1. If one group is exploited in society, they are treated unfairly
- this must be challenged as it goes against basic human rights
- UDHR “all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and human rights”

INCOME INEQUALITY
- equal pay act: illegal to exploit
- women payed up to 15% less than men for same job
