Obliques
Either side of your abdominal muscles are the obliques. Oblique muscles are used for twisting and turning your torso.
Abdominal muscles or abs
Abs are found on top of your stomach. Primary purpose sitting up and supporting your posture.
Erector spinae or lower back muscles
These muscles help with posture and lifting items
Pectoral muscles or pecs
Pectoral muscles are used during push ups, opening doors or other similar motions.
Deltoids or shoulder muscles
Deltoids are used for overhead lifting and rotating your arms.
Trapezius muscles
Trapezius muscles are in the upper and mid back they help you move your head and aid the upper back when lifting heavy objects.
Latissimus Dorsi or Lats
The latissimus dorsi is one of the largest muscles in the back. Its primary function is adduction of the arm for example pulling a box off a shelf.
Gluteus maximum
The gluteus maximum is located in the buttocks and is regarded as one of the strongest muscles. It is responsible for the movement of the hips and hips.
Bicep brachii
The bicep brachii helps control the motion of the shoulder and elbow.
Tricep brachii
Tricep brachii is responsible for extension of the elbow joint (straightening the arm).
Deltoid
The deltoid is a large muscle responsible for lifting the arm and giving the shoulder its range of motion
Quadriceps
The quadriceps femoris is a group of muscles located in the front of the thigh
Hamstring
any of five tendons at the back of a person’s knee.
Gatrocnemius
The gastrocnemius muscle (plural gastrocnemii) is a superficial two-headed muscle that is in the back part of the lower leg of humans
Soleus
The soleus is a muscle in the calf that runs from directly behind the knee to just above the muscles around the ankle
Glueteus
any of three muscles in each buttock which move the thigh, the largest of which is the gluteu
