Chronic neutrophilic leukaemia

Age 65-70
Usually asymptomatic, splenomegaly in 50%

Diagnosis:
- ANC >25 with segmented and bands forming >80% of WBC. <10% left shift.
- No significant dysplasia.
- CSF3R mutation in majority (GCSF receptor).

Exclusions:
- No BCR::ABL rearrangement. - No rearrangement associated with myeloid/lymphoid neoplasms with eosinophilia (PDGFRA/FIP1L1, FGFR1) and tyrosine kinase gene fusions. - Not meeting criteria for PV, ET, PMF
