FLAWSV (fever, lethargy, appetite, weigh loss, night sweating, vomiting)
infection history
dysphonia and dysphagia
stridor and stretor
breathing difficulties
otalgia
globus
cough/heamoptysis
hearing loss
epistaxis

is the lump:
superficial of deep?
where is the lump?
relationship to other structures?
tender or warm?
solid or fluctuant?
pulsatile?
mobile?
