What we should do in patients with amenorrhea, lower abdominal pain, Vx bleeding, and positive urine HCG with no intro or extrauterine Px seen on TV/TA u/s?
Do serum HCG then if < 1500 repeat only HCG level after 2 days but if > 1500 repeat TVUS and serum HCG after 2 days.

Chronic inflammatory disease due to recurrent occlusion of the hair follicle in intertriginous are(axial and groin)

recurrent induration and abscess that drain spontaniousley chronic and progressive wide area thickened, band, forming fibrosis with sinus(resemble acne)
