Due to colostrum replaced by milk and Dec. prog–Int.edema
Bilateral/symmetric fullness, warmth, and tenderness
Nipple injury?
abrasion, bruising, Cracking, and blistering from poor latch
Plugged duct?
Focal tenderness, fullness/erythema but no fever
