What happens if I still owe on the phones?

Since in AT&T we know we have the best service & promotions we don’t have to include any of those streaming services because our customers know they are getting the best value possible. Plus, you’ll be saving __ a month so you can subscribe to that service and still be saving money.

Completely understandable, I don’t want to run it either. So, cool thing is, we won’t hit it so it doesn’t affect you in any way possible. All we need is to make sure there isn’t a pending account currently with us.
I love the phones I have; they are paid off / working fine so there’s no need to upgrade.
I completely understand. Most customers that tell me that is because they hate paying hundreds of dollars for a brand new phone & that’s exactly why we are going to do a trade in for yours, so you can get the best promotion possible & still get the updated version of your phone without paying the hundreds or having the super high bill.

It’s most definitely a great perk to have. Best thing, with AT&T you can add it just when you need it, while in the meantime you save __ a month, so at the end the plan always gives you exactly what you need & when you need it.
I went into the store & they didn’t approve me. They said I had down payments.
That’s exactly why I’m here at __. Most of our customers get no deposits or very low deposits compared to the AT&T stores. I’ll go ahead & verify for you and we’ll find out together how much it would be today.
My husband is military/first responder/works in x place & we get his discount & he’s not here nor can he come by today.
We definitely want to keep that discount with us as well. We’ll go ahead and get it started with your info & later you can have it switched over to him so that discount gets applied. Cool thing is, I quoted without it earlier so to you it just means an even lower bill.
My __ has AT&T & they are always having issues.
I’m sorry to hear that. Most customers that face issues currently is because they are grandfathered into old plans which limit their data usage, 5g access and are more expensive. I’m going to set you up with the best plan so you have the best of the best, and once we are done with everything today have them call me so I may also help them as well.
