Usually around ubilicus but anywhere btwn xiphoid to pubis possible.. but MIDLINE

Usually painless

In pregnancy due to increased intrabad pr and hprmones making it weak

2.rigidity
2.rebound tenderness

Shouldertip pain indicate phrenic nerve irritation, dut to blood in peritoneal cavity maybe due to ruptured EP. Urgent surgery required.

But if only rebound tenderness is there in EP, maybe unruptured and can be mx by methotrexate
