Aids calcium absorption from the gut into the bones to reduce bone loss

How do you take Adcal-D3 and what are the side effects of Adcal-D3
A
Tablets should be sucked or chewed with or without food
Side effects: Bloating, constipation

How is alendronic acid taken and what are the 2 side effects
A
1 tablet once weekly in the morning on an empty stomach and do not lie down for 30 minutes
Side effects : heartburn and stomach pain
