The three MPRs are the the minimum requirements a project must meet before it can pursue LEED certification.
MPR 1 - must be in a permanent location on existing land
MPR 2 - must use reasonable LEED boundaries
MPR 3 - comply with project size requirements:
BD+C ad O+M = minimum 1000 sq ft (93m2) gross floor area.
ID+C = minimum 250 sq ft (22m2) gross floor area
ND = minimum of 2 buildings and no larger than1500 acres (607 hectares)
Homes = must be defined as a “dwelling unit” by all applicable codes.
