A

A
  • prodrome of 2-4 days with fever and coryzal sx
  • Koplik spots on buccal mucosa
  • macpap rash typically starting behind ears and spreading down rest of the body

A

aerosol transmission - infective from prodrome to 4 days after rash starts

incubation = 10-14 days
