Observation is main mx as itll close and shrink often
measured by ratio of pulm bllood to systemic blood – anything under 1.5 good

primum ASD and partial AVSD - surgery closure
secundum ASD- cadriac catherisation - insertion of occlusive device (percutaneous closure)
At 2-4 years of age

+ amoxicillin
