A

1 bile reflux - damaged mucosa of pancreatic duct
2 duodenal reflex - activation of trypsin
3 increased intraductal pressure - accumulation of pancreatic enzymes

A

1 oddi sphincter spasms
2 acinar cell sensitivity to increased CCK which activates protease
3 decreased bicarbonate secretion leads to hyperviscosity
