Airstart envelope: 0-15k (125-200) 15k and above (135-200)

Do not advance throttle past idle during immediate Airstart until N1 is stable at or above 67% (Warning 6W)

Procedures:

PCL - OFF
STARTER SWITCH - Auto/Reset
PCL - Idle above (13% N1)
