Tumour of chromaffin cells in the medulla causing increase in catecholamines:

Increase epinephrine
Increase Norepinephrine

A

Heart failure

How to diagnose Pheochromocytoma?

A

Blood or urine test = increase catecholamines

Urine will show metanephrine

CT scan = see tumour
