What does CRE mean?
The ability for the heart and lungs to work at a high intensity for a long period of time.
What are your bpm for training zone and CRE training?
Training zone: 220-minus age=Max 204 bpm
CRE Training: 60% of max=122 bpm
:80%of max=163 bpm
Aspects of fitness
- Vertical jump-power
- Sit and reach-flexibility
- Grip test-strength
- 30m sprint-speed
- Beep test- CRE
What do you have to do in fartlek?
- Varied paces
- Raising heart rate and dropping heart rate to make it game like
- Duration:20 minutes
- Intensity: how hard you work
- 50% jogging,100% sprint, 30% walk
