Q

How can you exude confidence through your eyes and facial expression in social situations?

A

1- Maintain strong eye contact without scanning the room or judging, as it gives others power.
2- Have deliberate, slow eye movements.
3- Focus on the person you are talking to, do not raise your eyebrows or open your eyes wide and it’s portrayed a hesitant, alert look.
4- Have a slight smile and relaxed, composed expression.
- strong eye contact should not be forced and do not overthink it.
- remember that when you look at the person, you are giving them wejj. If someone is rude, and you want to ignore the presents to not give them power, simply don’t look in their eyes.
- sometimes if you look at someone and got contact without acknowledging them or having a mean look, they might think you’re ignoring them or you’re bothered. It can also seem like you’re cutting the conversation. Have compassion for yourself. This is just a reminder.
