M - decorated with grace notes/ trills esp at end of a phrase

A

D - large dynamic scale with sudden
R - inspiration from jazz/blues using syncopated rhythms, swing and walking bass. Vigorous rhythms with abrupt changes
C - often inspired by folk
S - phrasing is uneven and free
M -

T - varied texture with some minimum and some thick
H - harmony is more adventurous and dissonant with variety of chords used even if unrelated to add to impact. May have a lack of tonal setting
