  • [Freelancer] Go from selling inefficient services as freelancer to selling a premium, packaged service as a Ghostwriter with clients paying you $5,000 per asset in just 8 weeks. That sound good?
  • [Full-Timer] Go from having never sold a freelance client before to pitching, selling, and fulfilling $5,000 clients as a Premium Ghostwriter in just 8 weeks. That sound good?
  • [Custom] Go from aspiring side-hustler to having $5k per month in extra income as a Premium Ghostwriter working with just 1 client. That sound good?

Q

Most freelancers position themselves as that: freelancers. And freelancers are commodities, especially in the age of ChatGPT. If you go on Upwork, you’ll see there are hundreds of thousands of freelancers charging 2 cents per word.

A

Because they’re a commodity, they’re only able to attract low-value clients.

Q

And since they attract low-value clients, they end up working for dozens of them doing a handful of different things, trying to do everything for everyone.

A

And this sets the stage for burnout from the beginning because they’re working for too many people and on an endless hamster wheel, never stepping back to reevaluate their offer.

Q

So…. the key step to take from the beginning is to position yourself not as a freelance writer, but as a Premium Ghostwriter.

A

And here’s the thing about Premium Ghostwriters: they’re not really “writers.”

They’re business consultants (who happen to know how to write).

Got it - business consultants, who happen to know how to write.

Q

So rather than offering to “write” anything for anyone, Premium Ghostwriters solve:

  • A specific problems
  • For a specific person
  • In a specific way - which we’ll talk about in the second pillar.
A

But you can see how this compounds positively: since Premium Ghostwriters aren’t just being hired to “write,” clients perceive them as more valuable than freelancers—which is why they are able to land high-ticket clients for $5,000 or $10,000 a pop.

Q

Now, the beautiful part about this? It doesn’t take some massive “overhaul.” It’s one or two tweaks to your bio and description of your services that you can make in the first week—and then you have the foundation fixed that sets you up as a Premium Ghostwriter.

A

Gotcha, so does the first pillar of Premium Positioning make sense?
