Provision of enough but not too much of substances in food
Diet variety meaning?
Eating a wide selection of foods from all food groups
Energy control meaning?
Balancing the amount of foods and energy to sustain physical activities and metabolic needs
Nutrient density meaning?
Measuring the nutrient content of a food relative to its energy content
