What are enumerated(delegated, expressed), implied, and reserved powers?
Enumerated- powers stated in the constitution
Implied- powers that are granted to the US government but aren’t explicitly stated in the constitution
Reserved- powers reserved for the states
What’s the purpose of the elastic clause
Grants the government implied powers which allows it to adapt to modern needs
What are some powers of the legislative branch
Coin money, make laws, declare war, borrow money, impeach officials, raise taxes, ratify treaties, regulate trade, collect taxes, create lower federal courts

What’s original and appellate jurisdiction
Original- hearing a court case first and having power over the case first
Appellate- a court has to review a case
