Why do people praise their God or Gods?
Some pray as a way of worshipping God and acknowledging all the goodness God has offered them in their life. People often praise the love, help, and wisdom of God in their lives through prayer.
Why do people pray to say they are sorry?
Some people pray because they fear they might’ve hurt offended God or others. In this instance they pray to God to say sorry and in some cases, to seek forgiveness.
Why do people pray to ask for something?
Some people pray during difficult times in their lives. They turned to God as an extra layer of support in their lives and ask God for help. This is known as a petition.
Why do people pray to bring God into their lives?
Some people pray at times when they feel a bit lost in their lives and aren’t sure that they’re living as God might want them to.
