Suggest their are 2 different types of state/govt when it comes to pressure group activity

A
State has a less vested interest and lots of evidence of plurslism
Cause group have changed of success’s e.g. snowdrop
Doesn’t mind outcome only like about what public wants

Economic/financial issues?
A
State had vested interest, lots of evidence of elitism l, sector now group such as CBI has a lot of interest
-Didn’t want to spend money on free school meals, only do so due to public opinion (didn’t listen to CBI about opposition of living minimum wage)
