What is progressive elaboration?
Progressively detailing the plan as the project moves toward completion and as newer and improved information emerges.
What is the Development life cyle?
It is the phase or phases required to develop the product.

It is a temporaty initiative carried out with the purpose of developing one or more unique deliverables.
What is a program?
It is a temporary initiative that coordinates a group of projects, subsidiary programs and program-level activities to obtain specific/shared outcomes and benefits.

A product or service with distinct characteristics.
Define Triple constraint.
Three key concurrent project constraints: scope, schedule and budget.

Represent restrictions that limit project options and outcomes.
What is a Portfolio?
It is a set of projects, programs, subsidiary portfolios and operations managed in an integrated way to pursue strategic targets.
Define Business Value.
Business Value is the value added by the project, when considering the expected benefits derived from the project as well as the costs required to attain them.
What is the Product Life Cycle?
It’s a product’s complete history, extending from the market introduction, growth, maturity and retirement phases.
What is a stakeholder?
It is an individual or group who can be positively or negatively impacted by the project, or who can positively or negatively influence the project.
What is a Steering committee?
It is an advisory group that provides project management direction and leadership, supports the project manager, oversees progress, resolves issues beyond the project manager’s authority, arbitrates conflict, approves major deliverables and acts as a project liaison with corporate management or program management.
What is an operation?
It is a permanent initiative that repeats the same process.
What is a phase review?
It is predefined event in the project, typically at the end of a phase, which enables senior management to review the project’s performance and justification, before deciding on whether to proceed to the next phase, make the necessary adjustments or terminate the project.

Project management team is a temporary structure comprising all the individuals with project management responsibilities within the project.
