Congenital, hypokalaemia, hypocalcaemia, drugs like amiodarone or tricyclic antidepressants, bradycardia, acute MI, diabetes

How does prolonged QT syndrome present?
A
Syncope, palpitations, may progress to VF

How do you manage prolonged QT syndrome?
A
Cardioversion, treat underlying cause, IV isoprenaline is acquired
