Certain personality types are more likely to commit crime because they crave excitement but are slow to learn the crime has bad consequences

It measures the amount of stimulation a person needs
Extroverts are sociable and need high stimulation becoming bored quickly
Introverts are more reliable, clam and in control of their emotions

Psychoticsm which refers to a. Cold uncaring and uncaring and aggressive personality associated with a greater tendency towards criminality
What does neuroticism/stability dimension measure
Emotional stability
Neurotics are anxcuoud often irrational and emotionally unstable
Stable individuals are clam, emotionally controlled and reliant
How does psychotic personality relate to criminality
Characterised by coldness and aggression due to a lack of empathy increase the likelihood of engaging in criminal behaviour
