Pros:
Low on most side effects besides hypotension
Don’t need to wait days to see effects

Cons:
Can cause low BP (dizziness, headache, blurry vision)
If they are on BP meds, their PCP needs to adjust those meds before you can raise the prazosin dose too much

Cons
Can cause low BP
Need to titrate off- withdrawal reactions
