Q

How do temperature and humidity affect the performance level of the workers?

A

Temperature and humidity affect worker performance by causing discomfort, fatigue, and energy loss when conditions are hot or humid. This leads to decreased focus and lower productivity. Personally, I experience this when doing homework in a hot room—I feel tired and distracted. But in a cool, comfortable space, I can focus better and work more efficiently.

Q

What are the advantages of flexible working hours? Cite examples.

A

Flexible working hours reduce pressure and increase morale because workers can choose when to start and end their work. For example, a parent can adjust their schedule to care for their children, or a student can avoid conflicts with class schedules.
