What is recruitment and why does it occur?
Recruitment is the process of obtaining a new member of staff for an organisation.
This is done when the business is growing or have to fill a vacancy

What is the purpose of job analysis?
A job analysis is made to tell applicants what they are expected to do in the job and what the job entails in the future.
Analyse the positives and negatives of internal and external recruitment:
Internal \+ motivation technique \+ cheaper - less ideas(new people) - leave a vacancy behind External \+ new ideas \+ no conflict - expensive - May need training
What are the benefits of recruiting staff?
