What do Catholics believe about mass
It is the source and summit of Christian life Source-beginning of Christian life Summit-The mass is a re-enactment of Christ's sacrifices, so its the highest form of prayer.
31
Ways Christians believe Christ is present in Catholic mass
1. The consecrated blood and wine 2. God's word (Bible readings) 3. The priest (acts in persona christi 4. The worshippers, as the body of Christ (the Church)

How do orthodox Christians understand the Eucharist
Christ is truly present in the bread and wine. The consecration takes place behind an inconostatis (screen) as it is too sacred to be seen.
33
How do anglican Christians understand the Eucharist
-The bread and wine represent Christ's body and blood. -Emphasise "Do this in memory of me" -Christ is present in the community that shares the Eucharist.
34
How do nonconformist Christians understand the Eucharist
The purpose of the Eucharist is to remember the last supper not re-enact it.
35
How do the Quakers understand the eucharist
They do not celebrate any form of eucharist
