This week we moved into February. You may have felt anxiety as we realised the year is moving quickly. I like the idea of taking a breather/moment to release any negativity and anxiety and using Feb as your new starting point for 2021. Today we’ll focus on releasing, letting go of whatever you need to release to create space for 2021.

A

Surrendering further into the pose. Feeling centred and grounded. Comfortable in your strength to release further. Trusting in your strength.

Release emotions

A

With your inhale think of anything weighing you down emotionally. Collecting the negativity into the breath. On your exhale releasing the energy allowing it to leave your mind and body as it no longer has a place.

A

Feeling and leaning into the stretch of your hips. Maybe at the same time noticing the tightness in your mind. Maybe you can focus on your breath to release these tough emotions, tension in the hips.
